Welcome to PSEUDONYM. By using this website (the “Website”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any reference to “you” or “your” indicates you as a user of the Website, any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” indicates PSEUDONYM ApS. The Terms and Conditions shall be valid for all your future transactions on the PSEUDONYM Website. PSEUDONYM ApS reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. The revised Terms and Conditions shall be in effect from the date of their publication on the Website. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please carefully review this page periodically for changes.
PSEUDONYM ApS does not guarantee that all items included in the PSEUDONYM web store are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email. Although PSEUDONYM ApS strives to display the correct texts/descriptions, images and pricing on the Website and web shop, errors may occur. Due to the color settings on your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on our Website and web shop can differ from their actual colors. PSEUDONYM ApS cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancies. PSEUDONYM ApS cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from accessing, or no being able to access the site. PSEUDONYM ApS cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted and secure access to the site.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stocks. An order placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on the Website and possess a valid payment card that is accepted by us. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a legal basis for entering into a contract with us. We can only process your order if the delivery address is a residential address or a business address. We do not deliver to PO boxes. Orders can only be concluded on the Website. We do not process orders made via emails, letters or faxes.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of PSEUDONYM products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
We accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Danish Kroner or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Payment is debited to your card at time of dispatch.
PSEUDONYM ApS reserves the right to amend its prices at any time. However, products shall be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to their availability. If you have been charged the wrong amount on your order placed in our web shop, PSEUDONYM ApS will provide you with the option of placing a new order with the correct pricing or cancelling your order. PSEUDONYM ApS reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find the price incorrect. In such cases, we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
The security of your personal data is of paramount importance to us. Please be assured that your personal data is kept private and confidential. All information provided by you is gathered securely through Secure Sockets Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. Unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other private information during transaction.
Prices shown on the Website are in Euros and include 25% VAT. Customers purchasing from an EU country pay Danish VAT, but no duty under the rules of free movement of goods. You will be served as DDP (door delivery duty paid) and any relevant import duty and tax costs are included in your final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country outside the European Union will be served as DDU (door delivery duty unpaid) and import duty and tax costs will be invoiced directly from the carrier to you upon delivery of your order.
If you order from a country outside of the European Union, you are responsible to follow your country’s tax and duty regulations, which PSEUDONYM ApS cannot be held responsible for. Please be aware that the shipment of products outside EU countries can be delayed, as the packages have to go through customs. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay the imposed additional costs.
Your goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in your order between Monday to Friday. Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the delivery method selected and will be displayed at check-out. Delivery costs and time depend on the size of the order, the geographical location to which it is to be delivered, and the chosen delivery method.
The goods must be signed for upon receipt. It does not necessarily need to be signed by you. People at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, friend, receptionist, etc.) may sign for the receipt with binding effect on you. Our carrier will make at least two delivery attempts. At each delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a receipt informing you about the details of the next delivery attempt and the possibility of a self-pickup. The carrier will usually keep the goods for up to 7 days before returning them to us as undelivered. PSEUDONYM ApS insures each purchase during its time in transit. Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the goods transfer to you after delivery. If the package appears damaged, you should refuse to receive the goods.
All shipments will be handled by DHL.
We gladly accept returns. Please provide us with the original invoice and include it in the return package. As soon as we have received the returned item(s) and it has undergone a quality control check, we will arrange for the refund of the purchase price. In our effort to limit the use of stolen credit cards, we only credit the card that was used to purchase the items. Please keep your postage receipt as proof of package sent. Items lost in transit will not be compensated. We do not cover return expenses.
At PSEUDONYM, all items undergo strict quality control and checks for any faults before they are dispatched to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Returns that do not meet our Return Policy (see below) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
You have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. In case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately (i.e. separate deliveries), the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the date on which you acquire or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact information below), about your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by post or email). The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You may exchange or return your order within 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
In the event of items that have been worn, altered or washed, or returns that are damaged or soiled, PSEUDONYM ApS reserves the right to decide the monetary amount reduced from your refund claim(s), up to the full amount paid by you. For a full refund, items should be returned to the return address in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it in, including tag and seal still attached. You must bear all return expenses.
We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service to ensure their protection and insurance during transit. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. To ensure your return is covered by our Return Policy, please return items from the same country they were delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
All products are covered by the Danish law on Sale of Goods, which gives you 24 months to file a claim on an item. As a customer, you can complain about defects that occur within 24 months after purchase. However, if defects or imperfections are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance or common daily use and tear, your right to complain lapses.

You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via www.forbrug.dk.
You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link: http://ec-europa.eu/odr. When submitting the complaint, you must state our email address at customerservice@pseudonymofficial.com.
All content that appear on our items, website, and other media platforms belonging to us, including—but not limited to—trademarks, logos, graphics, texts, illustrations, photos, designs, icons, images, video clips, and written materials, are the exclusive property of PSEUDONYM ApS and are protected by Danish laws.
Any other use of our Website or its content without PSEUDONYM ApS’ prior consent will be viewed as an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action under intellectual property legislation and regulations.
PSEUDONYM ApS makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, security or timeliness of the content or provided by the website and disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third parties’ rights, and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall PSEUDONYM ApS, be liable for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive and/or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption resulting from the use of or inability to use the website.
Any contracts concluded between us using these Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute which may arise in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
The Website may contain links to other websites beyond our reach. We cannot be held liable for the content or privacy policies of such sites.
Your privacy is very important to us and all personal information saved on the site will be handled with the utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. All information is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with consumer and data protection legislation.
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless deemed necessary for payment verification and other safeguard purposes. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. PSEUDONYM ApS reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
If one or more of the provisions in the Terms and Conditions are declared fully or partially invalid, the remaining provisions still apply.
