We gladly accept returns. Please provide us with the original invoice and include it in the return package. As soon as we have received the returned item(s) and it has undergone a quality control check, we will arrange for the refund of the purchase price. In our effort to limit the use of stolen credit cards, we only credit the card that was used to purchase the items. Please keep your postage receipt as proof of package sent. Items lost in transit will not be compensated. We do not cover return expenses.
At PSEUDONYM, all items undergo strict quality control and checks for any faults before they are dispatched to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Returns that do not meet our Return Policy (see below) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
You have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. In case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately (i.e. separate deliveries), the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the date on which you acquire or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (see contact information below), about your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by post or email). The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You may exchange or return your order within 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
In the event of items that have been worn, altered or washed, or returns that are damaged or soiled, PSEUDONYM ApS reserves the right to decide the monetary amount reduced from your refund claim(s), up to the full amount paid by you. For a full refund, items should be returned to the return address in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it in, including tag and seal still attached. You must bear all return expenses.
We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service to ensure their protection and insurance during transit. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability.
