All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stocks. An order placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on the Website and possess a valid payment card that is accepted by us. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a legal basis for entering into a contract with us. We can only process your order if the delivery address is a residential address or a business address. We do not deliver to PO boxes. Orders can only be concluded on the Website. We do not process orders made via emails, letters or faxes.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of PSEUDONYM products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
Prices shown on the Website are in Euros and include 25% VAT. Customers purchasing from an EU country pay Danish VAT, but no duty under the rules of free movement of goods. You will be served as DDP (door delivery duty paid) and any relevant import duty and tax costs are included in your final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country outside the European Union will be served as DDU (door delivery duty unpaid) and import duty and tax costs will be invoiced directly from the carrier to you upon delivery of your order.
If you order from a country outside of the European Union, you are responsible to follow your country’s tax and duty regulations, which PSEUDONYM ApS cannot be held responsible for. Please be aware that the shipment of products outside EU countries can be delayed, as the packages have to go through customs. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay the imposed additional costs.
Your goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in your order between Monday to Friday. Delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the delivery method selected and will be displayed at check-out. Delivery costs and time depend on the size of the order, the geographical location to which it is to be delivered, and the chosen delivery method.
The goods must be signed for upon receipt. It does not necessarily need to be signed by you. People at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, friend, receptionist, etc.) may sign for the receipt with binding effect on you. Our carrier will make at least two delivery attempts. At each delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a receipt informing you about the details of the next delivery attempt and the possibility of a self-pickup. The carrier will usually keep the goods for up to 7 days before returning them to us as undelivered. PSEUDONYM ApS insures each purchase during its time in transit. Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the goods transfer to you after delivery. If the package appears damaged, you should refuse to receive the goods.
All shipments will be handled by DHL.
